What to expect

This preparation flow does not analyse audio or assign pronunciation, fluency, grammar, vocabulary or CEFR scores. A real spoken assessment requires a configured voice evaluation service and validation of its results. Your selected experience and self-observations are not proficiency measurements.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation prevents future renewals and is separate from requesting a refund of an earlier charge. To request a refund or report an issue, contact us with your purchase email, date and amount. These terms do not limit applicable withdrawal and conformity rights.
